UK FREE RETURNS

Our returns policy entitles you to a return for item(s) bought online with a proof of purchase, within 30 days of receipt for sale price of the products.Items received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns Procedure:

  • For a refund, items must be returned new and unused (unworn and unwashed), returned in the original packaging (or supplied return poly bag or similar) and in a re-saleable condition.
  • Items must have all tags attached.
  • Complete the returns form and enclose it with the items you wish to return.
  • Attach the Royal Mail returns label from your dispatch note to front side of your parcel, making sure you’ve removed the original address label.
  • Package your parcel securely and ideally the goods should be returned in their original packaging(or supplied return poly bag).
  • Take the parcel to the Post Office. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to LBVFashion
  • For hygiene reasons we are unable to refund or exchange beauty lines, earrings for pierced ears and tights.
  • It can take up to 12-15 working days for us to receive and process your return.We’ll also let you know by email when we’ve processed your return.
  • The funds will appear in your account up to 3 working days after we’ve processed your return.
  • If you’ve received an email confirming your refund but can’t see the money in your account after 3 working days please contact your bank/card issuer. We are not liable and cannot take responsibility for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
  • We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return your item(s) and reorder from the website for a replacement item. Your refund will be processed once we’ve received your unwanted items.

Faulty Items:

Please return your faulty item(s) to us within 30 days from the date of dispatch, and please get in touch with our customer service team before returning.

Please contact customer services on email id: talktous@lbvfashion.com with below mentioned information:

  • Your full name.
  • Order email.
  • Order number.
  • Product name and code(product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email).
  • Picture of the fault (attached the picture of the fault with the email).
  • Description of the fault.
  • Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.

Items Exchange:

We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return your item(s) and reorder from the website for a replacement item. Your refund will be processed once we’ve received your unwanted items.

We offer free UK returns. Please follow the steps below:

  • First, log into your account.
  • Check your order history and select the order you want to return.
  • Now print that order.
  • Download and print your free Royal Mail postage label from below link and fix it on the return parcel:
  • Please visit your local Royal Mail Post Office to post your item/s.
  • Please remember to keep your proof of postage.

If you don’t have an account – that’s ok, you can still return for free:

  • Package up your unwanted purchase with a note inside including your name and order number (you’ll find this on your confirmation email).
  • Download and print your free returns label and post back to us from your local post office. Please remember to keep your proof of postage.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers can return their purchases via post at their own cost through their local postal service. Please use a standard, trackable service and obtain a proof of postage for your own records.
