UK FREE RETURNS

Our returns policy entitles you to return or cancel the item(s) bought online with proof of purchase, within 30 days of receipt for the sale price of the products. If you would like to request a refund/cancellation, please return your good(s) with their original packaging and in perfect condition within 30 days of receiving them.

Returns Procedure:

For a refund, items must be returned new and unused (unworn and unwashed), produced in the original packaging (or supplied return poly bag or similar), and in a re-saleable condition.

Items must have all tags attached.

Complete the returns form and enclose it with the items you wish to return.

We include a postage-paid returns label in each delivery parcel, enabling you to return or cancel goods (s) to us with ease and at no cost to yourself.

Package your parcel securely and ideally, the goods should be returned in their original packaging(or supplied return poly bag).

Take the parcel to the Post Office. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to LBVFashion.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund or exchange beauty lines, and earrings for pierced ears and tights.

It can take up to 12-15 working days for us to receive and process your return. We’ll also let you know by email when we’ve processed your return.

The funds will appear in your account up to 3 working days after we’ve processed your return.

If you’ve received an email confirming your refund but can’t see the money in your account after 3 working days, please contact your bank/card issuer. We are not liable and cannot take responsibility for any bank charges you may incur during the refund process.

We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return your item(s) and reorder from the website for a replacement item. Your refund will be processed once we’ve received your unwanted items.

Faulty Items:

Please return your faulty item(s) to us within 30 days from the date of dispatch, and please get in touch with our customer service team before returning.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers can return their purchases via post at their own cost through their local postal service. Please use a standard, trackable service and obtain proof of postage for your records.

Return your order to us for a refund within 30 days of receiving the item.
