UK Delivery



UK Standard Delivery

2-4working days

Items are dispatched within 48 hours and will arrive within 2-4 business days. Your order will be delivered via a tracked Royal Mail. We will notify you of any delays to standard delivery times.


UK Next Day Delivery

We offer a next day delivery service, please select this option at the checkout. Order before 1pm during Monday to Thursday to receive next working day delivery. If order placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday before 1pm, they will be delivery on Monday or Tuesday (excludes Bank Holidays). Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail. We will notify you of any delays to your delivery.Postcode restrictions may apply.


UK Saturday Delivery

We offer a Saturday delivery service, please select this option at the checkout. Order by 12pm on Friday to receive your delivery on a Saturday.


EU Delivery

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Please note– thatabove-mentioned estimated delivery times include processing time at the warehouse and are calculated from the date the order is placed.Delivery times are to be used as a guide only.Postcode restrictions may apply. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries and factory delays.

A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not at the delivery address to receive the order when it arrives then the courier will usually make two further attempts to deliver and subsequently return the parcel to us. In some instances, the delivery firm may leave your parcel on your premises or with a neighbour, or they may take your parcel to a local collection point for you to retrieve. We cannot be held responsible if you are not available to accept deliveries when they arrive.

Currently we are unable to deliver to PO Box and university addresses. We can only deliver to your permanent residential address, or your place of work. If you choose to have your order delivered to you at your place of work, please ensure that there will be someone available to take receipt of the goods and sign for the parcel. 


Taxes & Duties

UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands. VAT will also be applied to all other EU destinations. If shipping to a country outside the EU, VAT will be automatically deducted from your order total.


If part of the order is not received

For your missing part of your order, please check:

Your dispatch email, if your order is going to be sent in multiple parts then your dispatch email will only include some of the items you ordered, you will then get another dispatch email for remaining part of your order. You will also receive multiple tracking numbers.

The receipt/invoice in the deliverybox/bag, this will show the items you should have received in this parcel. If you have everything that is on the invoice the rest of your order will come separately.

If you are missing items from your order and your dispatch email and invoice show all items on your order, then please get in touch with us via email: Make sure to mention your order number and which items were missing.


Cancelling an Order

If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as you can. We will try our best to make any changes but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as the order may already have been processed and dispatched form the warehouse. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the standard Returns procedures.

If the order has not yet been processed and is subject to cancellation, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to that credit or debit account within 30 days of your order.
