The current situation surrounding COVID-19 present new challenges to LBV FASHION. The health and wellbeing of all our customers and employees remains our top priority.
We have taken the necessary steps and in our warehouse centre, we have taken measures to ensure the best possible health strategies for the workforce. Our head office employees are now working from home.

Our online shop will of course remain open for you around the clock and will send your orders safely and reliably.

For your peace of mind, we have also extended our returns policy from 30 to 120 days to allow you to return any parcels when it is safe for you to do so.

  • Can I still order online?

    Yes, we are still sending out all available items reliably to your home.

  • Can the delivery be made safely?

    Our warehouse is following WHO and government advice aimed at preventing and containing the possible spread of the virus. In addition Public Health England (PHE) have advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting COVID-19. These types of viruses do not survive long outside of the body.

    Also, Royal Mail have made the decision to avoid collecting signatures for packages for the time being, and instead taking the name of the person receiving the package instead. After knocking on your door, the person delivering your package will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.

  • Due to the Coronavirus I am currently in quarantine and cannot return my order.

    For your peace of mind, we have extended the returns window from 30 to 120 days, in order to allow you to return your package when it is safe for you.
